Balcony was a nice surprise. The place is 4 km away from Colchester downtown. In fact, we loved a Wi-Fi provided in the hotel.

The view from the balcony was GREAT. Walking distance to Fusion Grill, where you can have lunch. We were surprised by the garden too. We enjoyed our stay here.
